Our Tenant Contents Insurance Policy has been trialled specifically to cope with your needs when you choose to rent, and for extra peace of mind we also offer tenants an optional Personal Possessions cover.

Our standard Tenants Contents Insurance Policy includes:

  • Accidental damage cover as standard
  • Up to £2,500 liability to cover accidental damage to landlords building, contents, fixtures and fittings
  • Protection of deposit
  • Alternative accommodation
  • 'New for old' cover (except for clothes, furs and household linen)

Personal Possession (optional)

  • Choice of £2,000 or £3,000 available
  • Covers loss or damage to personal possessions for up to 60 days world-wide
